House Rules
- Noise is not permitted in the premises
- Visitors are not allowed on the premises between 24:00-10:00
- No smoking in the residence
- Alcohol and any other illegal substances are not allowed
- There shall be no eating in the television rooms
- Visitors shall be signed in using only a UJ student card, valid ID or Passport and driver’s license
- No eating in the study centre
- Students must pass at least 60% of the semester or year subjects
- After writing the last examination, students must vacate their rooms by the date given by the housing department
- Students must at all times respect their fellow students, staff members and visitors
- Students may not bring any firearms or other offensive weapons into residences
- Refrain from engaging in any trade in a residence
- Students may not hold private parties in residences
Students may not cook food in their rooms
