Facilities
- The flats are composed of three and two bedrooms with kitchen and bathroom. They share the common places. No sharing in the bedrooms.
- The University provides the stove, refrigerator, microwave, and cupboards to put their accessories in the kitchen.
- In the bedroom, there is a single bed, mattress, study table, a chair and book shelve as well as a closet. Bedding is provided.
Activities
The students in residence are mature and independent, they plan different activities themselves.
- There is a soccer team. They practice after hours to refresh their minds after hard academic work.
- Students went for a tour in Soweto. They went to Hector Peterson, Apartheid Museum then proceeded to Maponya Mall.
- There is a common television room where students can relax together.
- We have functions such as dinner parties, braais and concerts. At these functions artists and dancers often give performances.
- Community work takes place. We visit the disadvantaged and give them clothing collected by our students
