In striving to be the learning centre of excellence in South Africa and Africa regarding human effectiveness in the working environment, the Department of Industrial Psychology and People Management at the University of Johannesburg (UJ) has established a strong and diverse product range with a strong focus on quality delivery. Being seen as a transformation trailblazer, the Department consistently achieves outstanding results. Noted as running one of the finest HR and I/OP programmes in South Africa, the South African Board for Personnel Practice (SABPP) recommended re-accreditation in August 2002.
