The Journal of South African Law is published under the auspices of the UJ Faculty of Law. 

The first edition of the Journal of South African Law appeared in 1976 and since then has established itself as one of the leading law journals in South Africa.  The journal does not only focus on the legal position in South Africa but also publishes articles on the legal position in other jurisdictions.

Subscription is R595 pa (VAT included) and TSAR is published in February, May, August and November each year.
