Prof Carl Knight Faculty of Humanities Department of Politics Post Doctoral Research
Biographical
Carl Knight holds a BA (York), MA (York), and PhD (Manchester) and is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Politics. He has previously held posts at the University of York and the University of Glasgow, where he remains an Honorary Research Fellow. His research interests are in political theory and ethics, and he has two ongoing projects, the first exploring the role of responsibility in contemporary theories of distributive justice and equality, the second exploring global theories of justice and their real world policy prescriptions.
