Construction Management and Quantity Surveying 

There is a focus on providing vocationally-focused programmes which also offer the highest level of academic knowledge and theory to students.

Staff are actively engaged in research, producing a range of journal papers, books, chapters, research reports and conference papers annually.

The Department also pursues links with industry and professional associations thus contributing to the construction management and quantity surveying professions while staying abreast of changing trends in the world of work.
