The above rates include the following:
· One return crossing to and from the Island
· Sleeping facilities (bedding included). You may bring your own towel.
· Breakfast, lunch & dinner with brunch on day of departure if departing after 12h00
· Braai and recreation facilities (swimming pool, volleyball, etc). Only one braai is included in the overnight rate. If more than one braai is required an additional R 72 per person will be charged.
Day Visits
Day visits include return boat trip, snacks and tea/coffee on arrival, game drive and lunch
· Weekdays: R 288
· Weekend: R 341
Payment:
· Upon allocation of camp date, a 50% deposit of the applicable camp fees is required.
· Deposit will be forfeited should camp be cancelled.
· Final camp confirmation form must be returned to Christelle Richean, 14 days prior to arrival at the Island.
· A final invoice will be issued after camp has taken place.
· Any additional people attending the camp will be invoiced for separately.
· Should your numbers be less than those shown on the final camp confirmation form returned to UJ, the confirmed numbers will be charged for
Boat trips:
- Additional R 215 per return trip
- After hours (special): R360 per return trip
- Around Island: R 430 per trip
- Game drives: R 430 (maximum 20 people per drive)
· Bar facilities are available
· We cater for a minimum of 20 and maximum of 96 people
· Visitors are not permitted to take own beverages onto the Island
· Cash tuck shop is available
· Bedding provided – please remember to bring your own towels.
· Damage to buildings, etc. on Island will be invoiced for after the camp.
· Final camp confirmation must be sent 14 days prior to arrival
